So I just bought volt host, made a ftp account - but I can't connect with it on Filezilla. I tried hundred of times but still no success. It tells me the information is inncorrect.
I sent a ticket but I still got no response. What to do?

Make sure you're using the correct method, try switching from binary to the options your FTP client allows you to use. Vise versa.
You need 3 things to connect to FTP server via Filezilla : hostname, username and password. Leave the port box empty, because by default the Ftp server port is 21, but in Filezilla if you fill Port field too , then it wont connect to the Ftp and would result connection errors. Only fill hostname, username and password fields with the details provided by your host and your good to go.

Critical error etc. What causes this..? Noone of my friends can connect either
Did you do as i said above ? Leave the port box empty in Filezilla
Make sure character case isn't an issue. Also, note that if copy/pasting usernames and passwords, it's often happening that leading/trailing whitespace is accidentally copied.

I left the port spot open yes, still no success..
Then your login info is incorrect probably.
