Well first, go to Volt-host.com, create an account, then buy a server. Next, get a gamemode script from SA-MP forums, also get a Filter script. Then upload it to Volt host in file manager, you will also need includes, ETC. If you dont know how to do this. Make a server support on Volt Host an administrators there will help you.

Dude. Don't listen to the newb above.
Firstly you don't need Filterscripts. Secondly you don't need to upload everything all your GM needs to run is a valid server.cfg and a .amx ofc all the SA:MP shiz.
