If you're looking for a professional scripter at-least try to include some information and make people want to work for you.

The scripter should contact me on my email and say how he'd like to be paid back, either by being an admin on my server or by payment.
For the payment, email me how much u want and I'll agree or disagree.
Then I will give u on ur account, permission to script and see what u do.
I will tell the scripter what I want in my server and he should know how to put it.
If the scripter did what I want, after tht I will pay him.
Guaranteed payment if u pick tht option.
The scripter, If he chooses to be an admin, gets 15% of the donation money tht the server gets.

But since your server is new no one will donate yet... So thats not a payment at all..

I said tht I will pay them the amount of money they want first.
Then if they stay as my full time scripter, later on when we get donations
, they will get 15%

Are you serious? That doesn't sound like a good deal at all for me, especially since I don't think you're going to get many donations at all (no offense).
