why i got this errors after my computer is re-install.....

Be sure you got all your includes and scriptfiles

i already have it... but its still like that and i have download new GM but i still getting that error

You got the right plugins loaded?
if not add this line to server.cfg
plugins <put your plugs here>

Hmmm and if you try running rivershell? (Default GM of sa-mp)

Its working.... but i don't know why i used Ravens and SATDM is not working.....

You forgot to put plugins in plugin folder or add them to server.cfg
