after restart all vehicles removed . but objects not

You should add them in your script...

when i open PWN file of my map by JernejL , can't see any vehicle , why

Because you didnt put em in there go to the place where you want a car do /save and then go to your documents and GTA SA user files and then SAMP and then savedpositions.txt and copy the cars to your GMinit
