Update your server to 0.3d (replace samp-server.exe. samp-npc.exe, announce.exe and your includes with the new ones from 0.3d) and recompile your gamemode. Thought the error was pretty obvious, but it appears not to be.

Update your Sscanf to Sscanf2 3d RC2.

You may have updated your CLIENT, but not your SERVER. Make sure to download it from here:
