Is it possible to make the aircrafts speed like beagle's one to be lower, so it needs more time to take off on a runway?. Because it usually takes like 3-4 seconds to drag speed and takes off very easily. I would like to change it to 6-7 seconds or so and then it can take off. If somebody can make it please post the code

Well, Actually I want at 6 first seconds when you press W the speed will be lower and after that to take normal speed so it can make longer take off in the runway

You need to use a timer for that. Set the speed to low, and after 6 seconds set it back to normal.
