plugin/include problem
check you have all plugins in plugins older and they are wrtten in server.cfg and all includes are present in pawno>includes folder.

please upload the files from megaupload to some other in my country ISP's have banned some sites and megaupload is one of them

As Dude said, it's most likely a plugin issue, if not it could be if you compiled an old 0.3C script to 0.3D (But with deprecated functions) ?
