There is a bug on my server that you cant start any car engine expect rent vehicles or if your on admin duty.
I'm useing ravens roleplay. i added lots of includes and filter scripts.
how do i remove that /engine is needed to start cars?

You don't have any knowledge about PAWN, you're using an old script everyone is using and you don't have a clue about SA:MP scripts work. Just don't put money into a server =/ What will you do when you encounter more bugs? Post them all here? Seriously...
Anyhow there'll probably some other people nicer than me.
