If the player state is passenger(only if he's shooting from car window) and you try to put him in a vehicle as driver, he'll drive the vehicle without problems but for all another players, the vehicle don't will have a driver.

I got this issue the other day, though I wasn't shooting - but looking right ('E'). It seems rare too, because I couldn't reproduce it afterwards. (and I used the same car, approximately the same location, and even the same skin)
