I have no problem running GTASA, but when it comes to SA-MP it lags too much to even be playable. I tried playing Protect the President and I couldn't even get a shot off before they killed me. This gives an unfair advantage in a DM server.
The lag is intermittent, it will run at full FPS for 10 - 20 seconds then drop back down again for 10-20 seconds. I can't play this way.
T7250 Intel Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz
3 GB RAM
128 MB Intel Graphics
I know it's a crappy card, but the game runs at 64 MB, so it shouldn't lag.

Try playing on a smaller server, more players = more lag...

Decrase your visual fx settings, brightness and draw distance. Might fix up the lag for 2-8 fps. Download Gamebooster from gamebooster.com it'll fix up your lag for 10-20 fps.

All of the settings are on the lowest AFAIK. I don't understand why it would be my graphics card when it runs normal GTASA just fine, no lag. And it's a laptop, so it's kinda hard to get a need GFX card...

Wow! I can't believe this thing works! It has now improved to playable. =) Sometimes it still lags, but it is not as bad, doesn't last as long and only on a vehicle, so I can shoot accurately now. =) Was so addicted to playing when I FINALLY could play it. Thanks a bunch! Btw, that link didn't work, I just got it from CNet.
Just shows how messed up my PC is tbh, though.

In another server the lag is almost the same. This server has more players. Again, I think it is SAMP's fault because the lag is intermittent and runs at full FPS for awhile, so it's not my graphics card, because it would lag all the time if it was my graphics card.
