Problem with mysql on serverffs

Ok i got this installed on my server:

And then i get these errors on my server:

I believe that you are missing the plugin files.
Check if you have them.

Server root folder (where server.cfg is).

Are you positive that you have the libmysqlclient_r.so.16 placed in the server executable folder?
Are you also positive that you have the mysql.so placed in the "plugins" folder?

I saw something like this:
