The lights outside look really cheesy and take away from the ghetto atmosphere. I'm also not sure how much the elevated section fits in. And why are there hotdog stands and vending machines outside? That's okay I guess if it's freeroam or something but for a roleplay server it's all a bit much. I reckon you should use the abandoned AC tower bit and add it as an attic kind of thing to a house that already exists, or even just move it a bit in so it looks like a second floor directly above the first one.
It's also a bit small compared to other houses in the area. Maybe you should compensate for that by adding a backyard (like Ryder's house has).
