I dont think there are alot of hosting service's for RP i guess from what other people said but if you want to host it on your own computer i will be glad to help you do that.

So you are not really developing your own gamemode. Basically no one likes edits, no matter how developed it is. So I wish you the best of luck in having a good player base.
