Aopen XC Cube EZ915-T (YES. I KNOW ITS REALLY LOW-END)



Intel Pentium 4
CPU 3.00GHz
0.99GB of RAM (Yes.. I know, not much I can do until I buy another stick of memory....)

Any more information needed, let me know.

EDIT: I'm not a hardware guy, I'm more/less software. If you can tell me if I can change the memory sticks in this model please do let me know.

Windows 7 at least requires 1 GB of RAM. Seeing as you have 0.99 GB which is probably 1, it's still not really enough to run the OS without constant lag.

Instead of buying Windows 7 right now, save that money and down the track, a month or two, buy a better PC. But its your choice.
