What files i need to convert my server to 0.3d?
Is 0.3d Better? What extra features i got?

The new things are : new skins new objects new pickups etc... everything is new why dont you visit wiki?

There is thread created about 0.3d in News and Updates section. Go there, read it yourself.

You have to change :
- samp-server.exe
- Pawno Folder
- announce.exe
Good luck !
just download the 0.3d files, move your gamemode and filterscripts for there and recompile everything with 0.3d includes
