the only thing matter is tht i want to make a change tht if person has e.g $50000 and has 50+ score only then he could make a gang..

alot of gang systems here. Some of them fail. The one you got looks good. Gonna add it.

You copied the gang system from this gamemode -
FROM HERE
And about Clan system - I think i have saw them in any gamemode by an indian memeber, cant remember his name. Maybe Sahil or Wheelman.
