Hey guys, I got a Web hosting from Volt-host but I wanna make a forum and I know nothing on how to do it, Can someone help me?

You need to have a domain name, volt host just offers web hosting.

First:
You need to have a domain name with dns system(name servers)
second:
You need to have webhost
Third:
Connect the domain name to the webhost.
Four:
No domain name and yes webhost - no website(just via ip).
Yes domain name and no webhost - no website(no server to host it).
Yes domain name and Yes webhost - You have a website.
