I know how to create textdraw bro but how can I collapse the screen when the player connect the server?

Do you mean putting textdraws all around the screen and show only a small part of it ? Only a small square ?

Use textdraws with no text in it but a box arround it (so you just have a plain box) and then place them on the upper and lower ends of the screen.
