The manufacturer and model names are irrelevant, the specs of the PC matter. Do you know what they are? i.e. RAM, HDD space, GPU.

Dude,
don't buy this horrible old computer.
The graphics card will not handle modern games. A 7900 GS is worth shit nowadays.
The processor also too old, get a PC with an Intel i7 Sandy Bridge processor.
And get a PC with Windows 7. The XPS 720 has Windows Vista, WTF.
Don't waste your money on a PC older than your granny.

Really, build your own computer. It's cheaper.

If you want a good PC, build your own PC as westre said.
I suggest to get an NVidia 580 GTX or two, and Intel Core i7 Sandy Bridge Quadcore. Maybe
this one)
Than get 4 or 8 GBs of high quality RAM, 1333 MHz up to 1600 MHz wouldn't be a mistake.
And get an SSD with 64 GB or more as hard drive for Windows 7.
As second hard drive, you can get a good normal HDD with maybe 1 TB capacity for little money.
//EDiT: I forgot:
Won't there be new Intel processors at the beginning of 2012? Maybe wait for them!

A Pentium processor? This is probably even worse than Core2!
Get an i3 or i5 or i7 (Sandy Bridge architecture) and NOTHING ELSE or better wait for the newest processors with Ivy Bridge architecture.
