What would be better for saving player accounts? SQLite or just files?

What's faster? Better? Etc.

Depends how much information you wanted to save at once. A small amount of info would be good for files.

I need to save about 100+ variables per player.

The main question is would i benefit from the speed/functionality?

Is the speed same? Faster? Etc.
