Don't be offended by the title, this is entirely innocent and has nothing to do with Hitler, Nazis, the World War(s) etc.
The game is simple:
You go to Wikipedia, and you click on "Random Article".
The theory describes that, implying you don't randomly click links, you can get to the Wikipedia article about Adolf Hitler with a maximum of 5 clicks. This means, you can click any link appearing in the random article to go to another one, and click on a link in that one to go to the next article.
When you have done this and ended up at Hitler's page, post the steps you made below.
