Hi all, i would like to know if SA:MP and VC:MP devlopers are the sames, i saw vc-mp client exe

it the same as samp one.

Yes, they are. Also, if you see the cliлnt's interface, you see it's pretty much the same

The SA-MP team developed VC-MP up until version 0.1d. Then we gave the project over to another team so we could concentrate on SA-MP development.
