Can anyone tell me when 0.3d is out?
We are currently at rc6-2, but 0.3c is at r5 (and server r3).

There is no release date for 0.3d. It will come when it comes, the RC's have nothing to do when it's released .

I'm not sure what it means either, but revision makes no sense. In my opinion, it most probably means Release.

i agree, its revision, iam 100% sure. have a look @ some 1990's programs for various platforms (Solaris, MacOS, AmigaOS, Win-d'oh-s, Unix), they mostly had an "About" menu, where the Revision was a very important indicator already - in times where updates were rare... anyways, "Version" would fit best imo

I have no idea why they are/would be called Release Candidates, because it certainly isn't what they are. A more appropriate name would be OB (Open Beta)

It is their own bussiness how to call it, and they can call it as they want it.

Apparently 0.3b's Revision candidate was ended at RC8 I assume, just have some patience and stop asking. 0.3d must be a nice version which Isn't rushed for a thread.
