I log onto RCON and press /vcreate

Copy the plugins there are inside plugins folder and paste to your folder yourserver\plugins\here
Copy the includes and paste them on you_server\pawno\includes\here
paste the Ownership.amx and Ownership.pwn on your Filterscript and the privateveh.sql add it to your current DB.
Open server.cfg file and change the lines you need.
