That basically means you need to download dudb.inc from on of Dracoblues topics...

This license system seems incredibly simple and/or pointless. There's no point in having licenses you have to merely pay for, if it were like that in the real world there would be chaos. A proper licensing system would have a series of checkpoints, and would ensure the player could drive drom start to finish at a reasonably good pace and without damage.
