Basically, right, I am trying to get onto SA-MP, my screen turns 90 degrees to the left, I disconnect then it goes back to normal, Whenever i try to go over 16bit when resizing screen a "Out of Frequency" thing comes up, so i have to wait for the monitor to reload, After, I try to go on SA-MP same thing happens.

okey i understand well when ur in game then press hold ctrl+alt and then press up button i think it will work

Do you have a high-end video card, or something like the standard Intel graphics?
never press control + arrow lol
