Maybe you missed the "lethaldudb2" File in your pawno > includes directory, check if its there, if not search it and download it and then place it there, recompile the GM and run it.

The "lethaldudb2" is already at pwano> include>lethaldudb2.inc, and still it said this.

You will most likely be running pawno from another location to where the includes are.
