So, let me clarify, OnPlayerGiveDamage gets called when a player shoots another AND the other player doesn't see it? Or it gets called whenever a player shoots another AND both see it?

OnPlayerGiveDamage gets called when the damaged playerid lose health. Shortly: when he see that he losed health.

The point of the change is, that you can now specify your own custom phone models, of which the game has many now.

the GetVehicleRotationQuat() allows to do some nice tricks already - for objects, this would remove the boundaries of mapping: attached objects could be converted to regular/nonattached maps, which can be streamed.. like this:
