ok i HAVE STREAMER.DLL AND STREAMER.INC AND I #INCLUDE <STREAMER> AND I GET THIS ! :

Try streamer.so

and jihost runs linux, you should upload streamer.so to plugins folder`
and add streamer.so on server.cfg
