As balintx pointed out on the samp scripting channel..
1. Streamer does nothing for this.
2. Your missing brackets for vehicle checking.
3. Your code is inefficient. (Look into if-else statements)
4. Your objects are created before checking if they are in a vehicle.
5. Some of your commands are longer than 10 characters, with a length defined at 10. (Try doing /neon whitz).
Perhaps you should try using this before releasing this kind of work.
I advise others to find alternate solutions.
