Hi, a clan is attacking me with some flood program (I know the name of it, better not gonna tell) and one of them turned against them and told it to us.
They ARE Ban Evaders, Hackers, Noobs, and /votekick abusers.
They flood our server and then it freezes until I restart it.
How can I block these attacks or how can I report them to someone who WILL take them down with Justice (http://sa-mp.com/service_agreement.txt).
These Attacks are not stopping they are going on for about 2 or 3 or maybe 4 months.
I even got more evidence, not only a witness.

Delux host itself suck ! However you can get their ip and ban their IP via Rcon or your Admin script..

Try to firewall their ip and the ip the attacks are coming from.
Also, contact your host and see how they can help.

They could be floods that can easily be blocked.

They already Ban Evade Range Bans on my server so I think that would not be possible.
And how to block certain types of packages because they send it via UDP.

Have you ever tried to range ban any of them? What countries are they from? How many other players do you get from their country? Why did the guy turn against them? And why did he generously tell u the truth? All these questions needs to be answered.

lol yeah! suhrab is right! and get their ip's [ so easy ] and ban the ip ! if ur server have a good ban system!
not like restarting your pc will unban you! or ask your Host to solve your problem..

But it's a problem that they can ban evade but I personally think that isn't a problem but the problem is they can flood my server to DEATH so is there any way to screw their server with the Agreements they need to keep (look in previous posts to the link)?
I also have screenshots of their forum saying that they need to finish us.
I think they got mad for a crazy reason...
Here it is:
Some admin banned a member for hacking.
Another one came and hacked, they got a Clanban.
Then they ban evaded, advertised, hacked and crashed the server.
3 months later: Doing the same over and over again.
These people are the reason why Online Gaming is going to die soon.
