The protests are called "Day of Rage". The anger is because of the economic system favors the rich and powerful over ordinary people.

This is called Occupy Wall street, it's going to other cities as well. Such protests with hardly ever reach anything, but it's good to see the Americans aren't as stupid as they're shown on our Tv's (in news we only hear crazy stories about em).
Wall street is too powerful too bring down, it's all corrupt. Bloody USA caused the crysis in 2008 with their CDS's and sh*t.
