Alright, not to look noobish here but...
I want free server hosting, I'm registered to 000webhost now what do I exactly do now to get it hoster? Like upload samp-server.exe or what?

You can't host samp server in webhost.

You could view samp4free.net i know a lot of people dislike it however it's your choice at the end of it all no one else's.
I'm not so knowledgeable on this host so someone will more than likely provide more information if needed.

Web host have nothing to do with samp servers, use the webhost to launch a forum.

OT:
There are some webhosts that for some reason allow files to be executed, but this will probably lead to termination of the account with no refunds of cash or whatnot.
