I have Windows 7, for like 1 year, now its bitching like hell, My core is kinda old, Intel Pentium 4, 1024 VGA, and a 4 GB Ram, Since i play like alot of CS, and I play SAMP, what do you think is better ?

1. Format, and install Windows 7
   
2. Format, and install Windows XP

Formatting now, Please tell me which is better ^^

I had Win7, and after a year, it bitched like hell, my FPS in games used to get really god damn low, 30FPS when playing CS, gets me fucking furious, and i when i used to log into my user, for the first 30 minutes, you feel like, you're on Team Viewer with someone, which used to get me really furious.

Reinstall Win7. If it worked just fine before, it should be fine again.
It's probably because of some other programs.

btw, My laptop was acting weird when I installed MySQL SDK.. (10x slower)

Xp is more unlaggy then win7 , i suggest you xp for games... and DO NOT EVER USE VISTA IN GAMING CAUSE IT SUCKS AND LAGGS AS FUCK.....

Okay, Then I'mma install XP, Now I'm pissed it had like 5 minutes to finish the installation, the power went out, its restarting 40 minutes -.-, fml !!!

Actually, on recommended Win7 specs, Win7 works better than XP, both performance and gaming. Also, I had an old laptop, Pentium 4 2.00GHz and 512MB RAM, it took 40 sec to boot up and it was all good. I've no idea why it's so terrible for you. Maybe you installed the 64-bit version? Your PC is clearly 32-bit.

No, i used the 32 bit.

Windows 7 ofc.
XP is just using way too much resources which makes it very slow, especially for gaming (That is MY opinion :P)
However, people say that W7 uses more RAM, and I think that's true.
