Selling your forum account? I guess there isn't a rule for this, so i would say it's allowed. (But it's a little weird ...)

It's against the rules to sell scripts, or link to websites that do. As far as selling an account on another server goes that it totally up to the server owners, I think most will not allow it.

But they never said that scripting for money is illegal, imo, it would be totally stupid if this rule gets applied.
Also, If the script it's yours, totally your work, I can't see a rule break here, you made it, you sell it.

Yes it is allowed and some servers do that (H-RP, NGRP)

Sa-mp doesn't care about selling accounts on other people's server.
only people who cares about that are administration of those servers.
