Most GTA:SAMP server have their own domain and I'm about to get one aswell but I need one that has an attached forum and I can also add a shop. Recommend me some domain? Thanks!

He is trying to find a place to get a domain like .com. Anyways I think if you want quality ones, they cost money and you still need to have basic knowledge how to install a forum software etc manually. Some of the hosters ofcourse has a cpanel with autoinstallers.

Oh, well there are many hosts. One which I recommend is
www[dot]HostGator[dot]com for domain host.
They have a good uptime and cPanel, and Softaculous(Which lets you install forums easily)
But you still require knowledge of how to install and use the forum/website
And for a domain you can use namecheap.com, they give free whois protection
