I have a question. Can I use SQLite with WAMP program? Or any other program, if so, how?

SQLite is natively implemented into SA:MP, you don't need to have any extra programs to get it working.

If you want a program to browse through the tables, you can use WAMP as it has a SQLite browser.

Though I meant more like, how can I put the database to work on websites? So it can be shown like online stats?
