Ok i making a server but i don't know anything about scripting i don't know the codes i want to find something that is done when i look at i can do everything like admins just like a different server like LS-RP or PR-RP scripting like that i wanna know all about it please post and show me the how. Dude, don't think you are going to create a roleplay within this five months. Start with something easy like a Deathmatch server. Download my gamemode in my signature and start editing / understanding it. Every new SAMP scripter is saying 'plz help i wanna create rp game plis'

Nobody is going to show you how to create a server in a minute for you. Start checking the sticked threads.
Start opening pawno.exe and create a new thread if you are stuck.

first thing you have to open server.cfg and set an rcon password

ingame /rcon login password

/setlevel? not sure about the gamemode if not then you set via the scriptfiles

Learning to script is hard, and take months. You can't easily learn it in some moments, and than make GameModes fast and without problems.

Even the best scripters, are hours and hours around some new system they want to make...

To make yourself admin in your server, use /rcon login password.
