OK well i have a issue, when the server has DDOS protection but SAMP software cant handle it. thus crashes

What can i do samp wise to solve this

Remove the DDOS Protection?

If you are being DDOS then there is nothing u can do about it. And there is no such thing are ddos protection unless you're paying extra for massive switch and network card and load balanced servers (again, no such thing as ddos protection)
