This same guy posted twice in this General Section (Only 5 Minutes Apart too) asking for people to give reputation. To my surpise, he was successful as people gave him that reputation (Probably because he mentioned he would give reputation back). It wasn't long before those 2 topics were removed, but the reputation he gained must have remained with him now that he's been reported for posting twice in the AD Section... (It was yesterday when he posted twice in the General Section asking for Reputation)

I thought this additional information would help the administrators who might handle this report
