Well, in other SF CnR i played before on it was a npc named billy that drives a tram but in my serv he doesnt drive the tram but in my scripts it says billy have been placed in hes sf tram what do i do??

Use that tutorial. btw if he is called 'Billy' it doens't mean het can drive around.

He does, but you need to record it, otherwise i'll make 100 billies and put them on my server -.-, If his name is Billy, doesn't mean he automatically drives around without being recorded.
