Whats the name of sony vegas software used to create awesome transitions video editing and all...That mostly used to create small unofficial moves...Like in videos on sa-mp members create..There are many sony vegases..Cant figure out right one

Yeah Sony Vegas Pro is what you're after, making video title's and editing and transitions and such. Though its not really that cheap unless you want a 30 day trial version

No need to search for the specific one. Just get a new or latest version of Sony Vegas and learn more stuff.
You'll have awesome results.
I use After Effects though.
