Im scripting a stunting server GM from scratch and I would like to make a hotkey for a speedoost (most likely ALT)

The problem is, I don't know any function to set car speed... I know it's possible, have seen it in few servers.
EDIT: And another question is, how to get hotkey working?
EDIT2: I figured out the hotkey problem, but now I got new idea...
Press ALT to get nitro (done)
Press CTRL to fix your car (function done, need the hotkey value)
Press LSHIFT to flip your car (function done, need the hotkey value)
