Note, that bad commands tend to crash servers. i see you use /kill command then your server crashes?
If thats the problem, fix that command. We need more information about the server.
Also, If your using a command or feature that requires a plugin, make sure you run that plugin.

...He Said, Have a Look as Some Commands as Bad Commands Crash the Server, like he Said.
The /kill Command is Used, and then The Server Crash's.
Have a Look at your Plugins.
