Im not sure if my server is only because when i connect to: 127.0.0.1:7777
i can connect to my server but if i do my own ip: MYip:7777
i cant connect...
why?

You can check if your SA-MP server is online by using Westie's 'SA-MP Connectivity Tool' from
here.

oh, server isnt online... but when i connect to 127.0.0.1:7777 i can see my server..

You can see your server online from that IP because your server is running locally, 127.0.0.1 (localhost) is an internal IP, you can read more about it
here.
Try
port forwarding via your router/modem, so the SA-MP server can access the internet and so other players can connect.
