Hello all,
I just wanted to say that you shouldn't use any of serverFFS' services (yes I should have read other reviews but I didn't, so that's my loss) mainly because they ripped me off. Simple as that. I have.. no scrap that, I was waiting for a month for my domain name to become active, but it just wouldn't get activated. I am a very patient man but 1 month of no activation just make me feel ripped off by this company. So after the month I started getting personal. I was hoping to bring up his attention talking about his dismissal at the SA:MP team. That seems to brought his attention up. His reaction was simple, suspend my account. What's the matter Woet? Can't handle the pressure? Or wait... is it even you? because the last time I checked, you responded 4 TIMES with the same fucking answer. Some say they have a support team, I beg to differ. What they have is either a fucking idiot operating the support department or they have an automated bot.
As you can clearly see from this support ticket, they gave me no update reports whatsoever. They didn't tell me an ETA on the domain name, they didn't tell me what's going on. They didn't tell me shit. I basically had to respond every time because if I didn't respond, the ticket would automatically close.
For those who are saying, "you broke their TOS". NO, I didn't break any of their TOS prior to going personal with Woet which was at the 1 month mark.
For those who are saying, "just have more patience". Fuck off.
For those who are saying, "stop crying". You are just a goddamn serverFFS fanboy. Now granted your servers/VPS are working well but what happens if something is not right? You're basically fucked, because they have no support team. They also list that their support team is active at 9am to 5pm CET. That's great and all but look at the ticket responses from Woet. 2 of the replies are over the 5pm. One is from 6pm and the other one is from 9pm. Yeah.. where is the support? They have no support, this is a 1 man ran company.
Now granted this is just from my experience. Some others may have had a good experience with their services/support which I find hard to believe. But whatever, I'm here to tell you about my personal experiences and giving you advice.
