idk if this is just me but the sa-mp forums seem to either go offline completely or get a vbulletin error like every few days for about 2 minutes, this happen to anyone else?

Yes it pretty much means the mySQL is down or limited. Maybe there's a limit max of process that can be used by the forums towards the server it's hosted on. This all depends via web host (which seems to be straight from a dedicated server so I could guess it's full dedicated owned by them for the webhosting). Or the settings of the vBulletin. Or a DDos attack, network issue. A lot of reasons why.

yeah seems like it, but ive noticed that when its down, as soon as i try to use it on my itouch it works :P

Why don't they use WBB?

Yeah it goes down randomly for me. But idk.

confirmed, it goes down like 2-3 times a day for about 5 minutes max..

its about 10,000 posts away from one mil sooo.. that might be it lol
