hello,
Yesterday 6 July at 9 am gmt+2, I have send a support ticked at KINGJ, a few hours after I paid my server,
My server can run perfectly but I requested a MySQL database for it. Normally you get a answer within 24 hours? I still got nothing..

Are there other guys who have these problems with KINGJ?

No, he answers all my tickets quite fast. He tends to come online at around 23:00 GMT+2.

strange that he didn't answer mine.. And it is very frustrating when you want to get your server on-line but I have made my adminscript with MySQL, so I can't run it..

I requested a MySQL DB for my server too.
I sent the ticket at 04/07/2011 17:34 (GMT +1)
And still got no reply =/

KingJ is kind of busy right now, you might expect it a bit late..

Unfortunately i've been a bit busy recently with a few personal things (which i'd rather not get into on a public forum). Because of this, i've not been able to answer support ticket so quickly, I am still attempting to answer within 24 hours which is the standard but I know there are some tickets which have been open for longer than this and those are getting priority.

The support ticket backlog should be cleared within the next few hours though. Sorry for the delay and hopefully now that i've got things sorted response time will be back to normal.
