Is there any other way how to add text to an icon with out 3DTextDraws cause the 3DTextDraws don't show up in my server and thats the only way i know If any one can help me with an easy way i would be very pleased.

You mean 3DTextLabels? No there is no other way to add text like them... You could use textdraws but it wouldn't look nice and would be static on the screen and not 3D. Best bet would be trying to figure out why they don't show in the first place.
